No pole included. Please note there was a minor upgrade in later 2019 to both the MDM10-series and GSA10-series, the desk clamp was re-designed to make it works better with the slimmer desk in modern offices. If the desk clamp of your MDM10-series or GSA10-series is is welded to the pole, then you have the old model and it is NOT compatible with this clamp.
