My Screen on my Shinco 6820 failed after 2 months. I emailed Allcam at 7.15pm and got a response at 10.30pm same day giving details of where to send the equipment. The equipment was received by Allcam repaired the same day and dispatched back to me on the same day. Excellent service from a company that obviously cares about its customers. Vary rare these days.

When buying over the internet, I have always been concerned about what will happen if I need to return the item purchased for repair or replacement under warranty. This is the first time I have had to do this and so expected the worst but boy was I wrong to do so. I followed the process you describe on your site and then sent the item to you as instructed on Tuesday last week. I could not believe it when the replacement turned up at my home on the Thursday. My daughter is thrilled with her dvd player and i am very impressed too. The only problem was threr should have been 2 headphones but these were missing..but she has headphones from her ipod which work.

... A excellent player very compact and easy to use i purchased the carry case it is so neat and small but carrys everthing you need. Allcam delivery was superfast. I have to admit it was my second choice but these did deliver to a second address with credit card. Will use again.

Thankyou for your excellent delivery service.Model SDP 1250 works perfectly. I do agree with a previous correspondent though, the integral speakers are tinny.but through headphones the sound is 100%. Are you in a position to recomend small active speakers for this model?
