The onetouch backup caddy arrived today (next day delivery as promised). I've loaded in my old hard drive & been able to pull over the old data.

Works great with my Windows XP pro PC...

I'd purchased an external hard drive enclosure from a local company but found it got extremely hot very quickly. I didn't like the idea of melting my drive so took it back.

I then ordered two of your 3.5" USB/Firewire hard drive enclosures (model UF35SA). They arrived very quickly, were of better quality and considerably cheaper than the one I'd purchased elsewhere - they also don't get blisteringly hot, even after several hours' use.

This was my first purchase from Allcam and, on this experience, I would happily order from you again - excellent service.
