1. How to save the TV channels?/ How to fine tune the channels?

Switch on the power of the portable DVD player, then press "MODE" button once to switch to "TV" mode, then press "AUTO" button once, the machine will tune in all the channels in your area and save them automatically. Generally the first few channels are not clear, clear channels may start from 8 or 9. For example in Nottingham, we have only 5 clear channels, the "AUTO" tuned channels 1-8 are not clear, then channels 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 are the clear channels.

You can use "SWAP" to change the "AUTO" tuned clear channels to small numbers, for example if you want to save the "AUTO" tuned channel 5 to channel 1, please do the following:

Step 1: Press "SELECT" on the remote control, the main menu will be shown as in Figure 1, press "" on the remote control to highlight the "PRESET" menu,	Figure 1.
Step 2: then press " " , a new menu will be shown as right, press "" on the remote control to highlight the "SWAP" menu, then press " " to change the number to "01", then press "SELECT" to confirm your choice, then Figure 1 will be shown on the screen again.	Figure 2.
Step 3: Press "SELECT" again to escape, then press "1" button on the remote control, then you will find you have successfully changed the tuned channel to Channel 1.

The fine tune step are quite similar to the above mentioned "SWAP" channel process, the only difference is you use the "" on the remote control to highlight the "FINE" menu, then press " " to make fine tuning till you get the best reception. Do not forget to press "SELECT" to confirm your choice after tuning.

2. Movie shown black and white when the DVD player connected to my TV ?

A: Try to set "video -> TV system" to "Auto or PAL or NTSC", please refer to the manual regarding how to do this.

3. No sound when used as TV, sound is normal when used as DVD player?

A: Please press SYSTEM on the remote controller while in TV mode,the player has two sound system inside,one is PAL B/G., but the one for UK is PAL I.
