Do you deliver to addresses other than the credit card billing address?

Yes. If it is your 1st order, then your credit card payment must pass the 3D secure authentication, or if you made payment via Paypal, the shipping address must be a Paypal-"confirmed" address. For returned customers we can normally ship to any address you like. 3D Secure is a system developed by Visa & Master to combat card fraud, the card holder's identity was checked by the card issuing bank to ensure the card is only used by the right owner.
